ATV Electrical and Functional qualification support

Since almost the beginning, Clemessy Switzerland AG has participated to the ATV’s verification. This verification is an incremental process, i.e. the qualification of ATV Flight Segment is obtained through the evaluation of test results and deep analysis has been performed at different levels.
The Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) is an unmanned space transport vehicle designed to support services to the International Space Station (ISS) during six months following its docking to the Russian Service Module.

INFLATABLE HABITAT – EGSE / FGSE Design and development support

Thales Alenia Space Turin (Italy) and APCO Technologies SA Aigle (Switzerland)
The objective of the project is to provide to THALES ALENIA SPACE the skilled expertise, to define and regularly refine the needed EGSE/FGSE in parallel with the spacecraft studies and design.
This expertise includes in particular the specific demonstration programme (Phase B).
INFLATABLE HABITAT is an ESA program aimed to define a full flight operational autonomous space habitation module “SpaceHaven”, which will enable Europe to support humans in space, be it in the Earth orbit in the near future or forthcoming planetary missions (transit and planetary base).

EUROBOT – EGSE Design and development support

The objective of the project is to provide to THALES ALENIA SPACE the skilled expertise, to define and regularly refine the needed EGSE in parallel with the spacecraft studies and design.
EUROBOT is a space robot, which can autonomously or controlled from an operator on ground or in ISS manipulate payloads or parts of the space station infrastructure.
